The aim of this course is to provide refresher CPD training on fluoride varnish application for dental care professionals.
This course is designed for dental professionals who already have knowledge of fluoride varnish application.
It is not a substitute for fluoride varnish competency training or practical assessment.
In this course, we will cover the scope of practice, indemnity, working under a prescription, the new NHS contract, oral health promotion, and key principles of fluoride varnish application.

Tutor, Assessor and Internal Moderator
Stephanie is a registered dental hygienist and therapist and holds a Level 7 Qualification in Leadership and Management and a level 5 teaching diploma. She is a qualified assessor, internal moderator (quality assurance) and a qualified CPR and medical emergencies trainer. She is a passionate educator, a member of the faculty of dental trainers and has over 20 years experience in the dental industry.
