To provide an overview of the importance of delegation and work allocation for effective team working and of effective ways of creating work rotas. One hour of verifiable CPD awarded upon completion.

IPC Leadership: Action Plans: Creation and Implementation

The aim of this course is to provide an overview of the importance of action plans (improvement and implementation plans) within the dental industry and to provide guidance on how to create and implement them. One hour of verifiable CPD awarded.
