Read before purchasing

Only purchase this package when you have completed modules 1–7, have received your RoC by post, and are ready to start the oral health appointments. The package includes further learning, tutorials and assessment marking. You have access to these services for a maximum of 12 months. You will be assigned a personal assessor, who will support you as you complete the assessments. Please note that if you repeatedly fail to complete the assessments to the required standard and assessors have to continue to send assessments back for amendments, you may be required to pay additional marking costs. However, as long as you follow the guidelines and tutor feedback, it is unlikely that you will incur additional costs.

Refund Policy

If you have not started this course or sent RoC assessments to DNN for marking, the following part refund applies:

Cancel within 30 days Receive refund minus 25% of the course fee
Cancel within 60 day Receive refund minus 50% of the course fee
Cancel within 90 days Receive refund minus 75% of the course fee
Cancel after 90 days

Student Support, Tutor & Assessor

Hilary holds a Foundation Degree in Advanced Dental Nursing, a Level 3 Certificate in Education and Training, and a Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement. and is seriously passionate about her role supporting students. She will be committed to helping you pass the course and supporting you throughout. She is also qualified as a Mental Health Lead.

Stephanie Carter RDT, RDH, DTLLS, IQA, MDTFEd.

Tutor, Assessor and Internal Moderator

Stephanie is a registered dental hygienist and therapist and holds a Level 7 Qualification in Leadership and Management and a level 5 teaching diploma. She is a qualified assessor, internal moderator (quality assurance) and a qualified CPR and medical emergencies trainer. She is a passionate educator, a member of the faculty of dental trainers and has over 20 years experience in the dental industry.

Joanne Nejrup RDN, BSc, PG Cert (Educator in Practice).

Assessor

Joanne is a registered dental nurse who is seriously passionate about personal development. She holds a Bachelor of Science and is currently completing her Masters. She is a qualified educator in practice. Alongside teaching and assessing she works as an oral health promoter 2 days per week.
