This course is suitable for all members of the dental team.

This course explores equality, diversity and unconscious bias within dental practice and encourages participants to reflect on how these factors may influence everyday interactions and decisions. Unconscious bias is something we all experience. By recognising it and pausing to reflect on our assumptions, we can make more balanced decisions and support a more inclusive team culture. This course is suitable for all members of the dental team. It is particularly valuable for those in leadership roles, including practice managers, lead dental nurses and dentists.

Tutor, Assessor and Internal Moderator

Stephanie is a registered dental hygienist and therapist and holds a Level 7 Qualification in Leadership and Management and a level 5 teaching diploma. She is a qualified assessor, internal moderator (quality assurance) and a qualified CPR and medical emergencies trainer. She is a passionate educator, a member of the faculty of dental trainers and has over 20 years experience in the dental industry.
